You choose on WhatsApp, in English or French, and see every piece with its weight and price before you pay.

How ordering from abroad works
- Send us a photo, a design or the budget you have in mind on WhatsApp.
- We reply with photos, the weight in grams, the day's gold price and the making charge.
- A 50% deposit locks the day's rate.
- We tell you the shipping cost for your parcel. You pay the balance, and we ship once the order is paid in full.
We accept bank transfer, card, PayPal and payment link.

Import VAT and customs in Europe and the UK
Jewellery shipped from Dubai is an import into your country, and your country's customs authority sets the charges.
- European Union: VAT is due on goods bought from outside the EU whatever their value, and customs duty may also apply (European Commission).
- United Kingdom: import VAT and customs duty are charged on goods worth more than £135, collected by the delivery company (GOV.UK).
- France: the legal gold finenesses are 999, 916, 750, 585 and 375. 21K gold (875) is not one of them, so check the declaration rules with French customs before importing 21K gold to France or Mayotte.
