What 925 sterling silver is
Pure silver is too soft for jewellery that is worn every day. Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metal, usually copper, which makes it hard enough to hold its shape. Sterling silver pieces are stamped 925.

Caring for silver
- Wipe the piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it.
