7 Rain Jewellery makes custom jewellery to order in the Gold Souk, Deira, Dubai. Bring a photo or an idea to our second-floor design showroom, or send it on WhatsApp. We confirm the metal, the weight, the price and the making time before you order.
What we can make
- 18K gold pieces: rings, pendants, bracelets and sets, in yellow, white or rose gold.
- 21K gold pieces, including Habesha crosses and wedding sets and Comorian jewellery such as name necklaces.
- Diamond jewellery set with certified natural or lab-grown diamonds. We always tell you which kind a piece contains.
- 925 sterling silver pieces.
How a custom order works
- Show us the idea. A photo, a sketch, a piece you already own, or a budget.
- We design it with you. We agree the metal, the karat and the size, and estimate the weight.
- You get the price in writing. The weight, the day's gold rate for that karat, the making charge and VAT are written out separately, together with the making time.
- You confirm the order. A 50% deposit locks in the day's gold rate.
- We make the piece and show it to you with its weight before you collect it or it is sent.
How the price is worked out
A custom piece is priced the same way as every piece we sell: its weight in grams multiplied by the day's rate for its karat, plus the making charge for the design, plus 5% UAE VAT. Detailed designs take more work, so their making charge is higher. Our 21K gold guide explains the calculation with an example.
Ordering from abroad
Many custom orders are agreed entirely on WhatsApp, in English or French. You see photos and the weight before you pay. You can pay by cash, card, bank transfer, PayPal or payment link.
