How selling works
- Bring or send the gold. Walk in to a showroom, or contact us on WhatsApp if you are abroad.
- We weigh it in front of you, in grams.
- The gold is assayed. The assay establishes its purity, and you see the report.
- We confirm the price from the weight, the purity and the day's gold rate.
- You are paid after the assay report.
Selling from another country
You do not have to be in Dubai. Message us on WhatsApp with photos and the approximate weight of what you want to sell. We explain the steps and help with importing the gold into the UAE. Gold entering the UAE has to be declared to customs, and the export rules of your own country apply too, so check them before you send anything. Payment is made after the assay report.
What to bring
- A valid ID, such as your Emirates ID or passport. Gold dealers in the UAE must identify the seller.
- The original invoice or certificate, if you have it.
